cannot download some of the items I've bought

Hello! I bought a few things from the store but eventhough I managed to download some of them most of them won't download. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with my computer or antivirus programs because then nothing would have downloaded. The message I keep getting is "There was an error while downloading content. Please see the Log for more details." I've tried both Internet Explorer and Modzilla Firefox but keep getting the same message. I've paid a lot of money to get these things and want to finally be able to use them in my game. Can you please help me?

    It may be that your storage space is full but I wouldn't think so, since you said it has nothing to do with your computer I would suggest that you contact an advisor for this, they will be able to help you here is the link

    1) Click contact as give information
    2) Click still need help at the bottom of the page
    3) Then click start live chat
    You will start a live chat with a EA agent who will be happy to help you

    What is your base game version right now ?

    Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.

    If you're not at 1.63, please update your game.
