Sims keep crashing

Did you ever get it to work after you made that thread ?

No, I never got it to work so I decided to buy a desktop computer with the right requirements for sims, All of my has been working since I got this computer but lately it's been randomly crashing.

At what point does it crash ? After hours of game play or minutes into the game ?

What OS does your new computer have ?

After like an hour or so of gameplay because when I save that error 12 and then it stops working. The OS is Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

How much ram do you have? 4gb, 8gb etc?

Error 12 save is usually caused by not having enough ram to save the game. As the saves get larger it takes more ram to save the game. Do you have origin truned off when you play. Origin is a ram hog. Do you shut down any programs you don't need while playing?

What EPs do you have installed? Any CC or mods?
