@marutexSo I tried to contact EA to give me a code like in the Spanish thread and the guy on the chat pretended not to hear. He said he's just an advisor and can't do it. But he couldn't tell me who can do it. They're a bunch of ignorant people.

It looks like it's going to be another weekend where people who bought the game won't be able to play it. Fantastic. Four weeks there has been this problem, FOUR WEEKS and all EA has done is say "The team keeps investigating the issue". Great. Thanks to that the support people referring back to this thread instead of helping, even though they could help as shown by user: P4C1F1C4D0R. It's also embarrassing that you haven't made any announcement on your social media or blocked buying the game on Epic until the issue is resolved just continue to let people buy a game that doesn't work. Sorry for my slightly aggressive tone but this is getting really frustrating.
