Any updates? This post is over 2 weeks old and we have no recent updates. It was already resolved on another EA forum and the solution was to provide codes for the base game.

It's very frustrating to spend money and time waiting for the solution when we could be playing and enjoying it.

He said he's just an advisor and can't do it. But he couldn't tell me who can do it. They're a bunch of ignorant people. - 10 months agoIt looks like it's going to be another weekend where people who bought the game won't be able to play it. Fantastic. Four weeks there has been this problem, FOUR WEEKS and all EA has done is say "The team keeps investigating the issue". Great. Thanks to that the support people referring back to this thread instead of helping, even though they could help as shown by user: P4C1F1C4D0R. It's also embarrassing that you haven't made any announcement on your social media or blocked buying the game on Epic until the issue is resolved just continue to let people buy a game that doesn't work. Sorry for my slightly aggressive tone but this is getting really frustrating. - obiwancrackobi6910 months agoNew Rookie@Karolq112 well we kinda got scammed by milion dollar companys one that advertise and sells a game+dlcs but you only get dlcs and the other that cant to * about it...happy 2025 people
