Graphical issues after 1.11 update, high GPU usage and low FPS after 1-2 races

Summarize your bug Using EA App to launch F1. After a race or two, only tested in 2 player career and ranked multiplayer, the game will drop FPS and max out the GPU. On a RTX4080 when this happens my GPU usage is at 100% and 15FPS. The menus start to have graphical issues, glitches and unusable. Have to close the game and restart. Game play is unplayable. Only happened after update 1.11

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe play 2 player or ranked on EA App.
What happens when the bug occurs? The frame rate drops below a playable level in both game and menus.
What do you expect to see? A more stable build that doesn't require restarting the game ever 1-2 races.
Am I the only one who is having graphical issues, spike in GPU usage while FPS is low teens?
