Re: [PC] T150 steering wheel isn't recognized

Make sure that you are up to date with your wheel:

* Package version must be: [1.TTRS.2024]

* Firmware version of the base must be: [V35]

= must be like this in the T150 CONTROL PANEL:

Also there is a know issue on F1 24 - PC if you plug simultaneously 2 USB gaming devices (for example: 1 Thrustmaster Base on USB + 1 T-LCM Pedals on USB).

To solve this issue (while waiting an update of the game), just need to disconnect the USB cable from the T-LCM pedal and then connect the pedal set directly to the Thrustmaster base with the RJ12 cable.

Then everything will works fine.

NB: Also make sure that another USB gaming device is not connected to the PC in addition of your wheel base (USB Handbrake, USB Shifter, USB Gamepad Controller,...)

Thank you for your responses FisherSnake.
But my steering wheel has the latest firmware and the pedal board is already connected to the base, I knew this issue! 😉

    Unfortunately this doesn't work!

It's with Steam or with EA Origin App?

NB: Also try after a full restart of the PC.

    With EA Origin App.

I also tried uninstalling, reinstalling the drivers and restarting the PC without success.

There is the same problem with my Thrustmaster TX. It used to work with beta, a week ago.

    It's a new game issue with F1 24 (and wasn't exist in F1 23).

For now (while waiting an update) the only solution to avoid this issue is to plug only the USB of the wheel base to the PC

= pedal set must be plugged directly to the wheel base (with the RJ12 cable), and other USB gaming devices (USB Handbrake, USB Shifter, USB Gamepad Controller, ...) must be unplug from the PC.

And of course, also make sure that your Package Driver is up to date = it must be notified [1.TTRS.2024] in the WHEEL CONTROL PANEL.

The pedal board is already connected to the steering wheel and no other USB controller is connected.

Just waiting for an update if I understand correctly... ☹️

@FisherSnake i can tell you it was there even in f1 23. I experienced it, and solved it by unplugging other USB controllers. Moreover, using VR, FFB wouldn't work most of the time and had to find another fix for it.
All in all, f1 23 was quite a crap game and f1 24 is exactly where f1 23 left.
