Same here, but Podium DD2 and Formula V2.. Its crazy its almost two weeks now, that we havnt been able to play the game we payed for, and anticipated to play for months.

@Langhoffeina I am hoping for todays patch it solves our issues despite not being specifically called out. The patch should be live in 2 1/2 hours. Here is the link to the description F1® 24 PATCH NOTES (V1.3) (ea.com). @EA_Vendcera anything around Fanatec wheels not working?

@EA_Vendcera so I checked now with v1.3 and my GT DD Pro is still not having any FFB ☹️

@Langhoffeina wait you have a Podium DD2, which is on the list, and it doesn't even work? What an actual nightmare. My clubsport DD isn't even on the list. How do wheelbases that work in F1 23 not work in 24. It is wild to me. Just absolute laziness. 

@EA_Vendcera so I checked now with v1.3 and my GT DD Pro is still not having any FFB 

Fanatec DD Pro F1 24 1.3 running on EA very minimal FF, tried multiple things with no success... this really needs to be fixed:-

- adjusting FF settings to max in game and on the wheel, no change.

- switching FF off saving profile, back in game, switching FF back on, no change.

- switching wheel off/on ingame, no change.

@catpantalonesKUDOS!!!! Yoru steam suggestion hit the right spot. Deinstalled the EA version and installed it via steam and voila, the FFB was back. I lost my progress i had via the EA app but without FFB it was pointless to start the game. But yet had a reason to cancell out my EA Pro.

@EA_Vendcera FYI, seems there is an issue in the EA app

@C4_AU I had the same issue with my GT DD PRO and like @catpantalones i have tried the steam version which worked for me. Give it a try, think there is a 4h refund window (i think).

Thanks, I have requested a refund as well.. this lack of support is not good enough.

edit: purchased it on steam and FF is working fine.

@C4_AU @JAYZEE83  happy it worked out for you guys. Gonna wait a bit to buy. I think it's insane they are able to get * like this over on customers, especially ones who have been supporting them since 2015. 

If they are gonna have a separate game hub, it should run everything they make like intended. 

So I should be able to not use EA even if I had paid for F24 tru EA, and download it in steam?

no you have to refund it on EA and then repurchase on steam,
