Re: Rampart Sheila Nerf Suggestions

I was thinking the same thing. I've come around to using Sheila mobile, it just seems like to much of a buff. As mentioned, the ammo capacity is to much and a cooldown timer should be put in place. This will make using Sheila more strategic, imo.
