play again

I'm over 1 year out of play due to this computer ban problem here in my city’s lanhouse, because it’s a public computer it’s not possible to counter everything that people do, unfortunately EA is a ***** company that does not seek to serve its oldest customers and does not present evidence to prove or justify this ban

I got in contact with EA in all ways and I never get quality service and fair evidence of my ban being that I played the tutorial and after that I was banned

    Account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If you've been banned I can only recommend reaching out to the Terms of Service team so they can review the account. You can find more details on how to reach them over at the EA Help website. 

    The Terms of Service team will need to review your account and decide how to proceed. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.
