I am using cc, but none that should interfere with the Get to Work expansion pack. I'm still unable to access my notebook.

Try removing your downloads then and/or repairing the game through Origin.
- @crinrict It's been 4 years and the problem still persists. People fighting and littering but no option to issue a citation.
