If you suspect someone of cheating, you can report the user.
This can be done with the in-game tool or on EAC - Apex Legends Report
This is the best way to report a cheating player as AHQ is not really suited for this.

He's giving a perfect example of how frustrating it is to see how cheaters continue to slip by, even after being reported.

I know thats a canned answer but that was exactly the point. I did report him and so did probably all the other 6 people that were spectating him at the same time as me and also the countless other players he killed in his other matches but he is obviously still allowed to play. The reason why Im so surprised and a little upset is that Ive always though that the automatic anticheat worked well and banned cheaters after 1-2 games and the reason why we see them is because there are so many of them. But this shows that a cheater can keep on playing, literally landing only headshots without the automatic anticheat flags him.
I know the Anti-Cheat is in a rough place atm and I also come across cheaters once in a while but I think there is only one option and that is reporting.
Even when he doesn't get flagged yet I'm sure the Anti-cheat will improve over time and lets hope action will be taken against rule-breakers.
The thing is there are always more people developing cheats for a game then people in an anti-cheat team so popular games suffer from time to time from those invasions.

You guys obviously arent even trying because i went against a cheater that was over level 100 and still had not been banned yet.
Theres no software to create to keep an eye on new players? If a new account starts getting a ton of kills every match and headshots, it should get flagged for a closer look
This board is proof they don't care about cheaters. They don't let you name them or post videos of them, they actually protect them. If they were not protecting them then naming thm here with video proof would be allowed. They probably have a deal with the people creating the programs and get some money from it.
Community Admin@xChoter If naming and shaming was allowed here it would have no impact on the existing ban process, and could lead to false positives and harassment, which we have seen on other products before.

For those reporting in good faith, please keep doing so. Anti-cheat is always being worked on and cheaters are being caught.

Im gonna play the devils advocate here but how do you know this? Do you have any actual proof that what you are saying is true? Ive seen people claiming that hackers use "semi-accurate" aimbots that misses some shots on purpose to fool spectates or the anticheat system, or hacks that can be disabled and enabled at will, but I havent seen a single actual proof that any of these exist. Where do you get this insight in the world of hackers, if I may ask?
And as far as I know, there are no way to manipulate the game so that bullets will noreg on you but your bullet will land as usual, since the hit detection seem to be client sided. Ive experienced noregs on enemies for sure, but I dont claim that happens because of hackers since its much more likely its because bad servers. So if you see this often, please record some of these fights and post it here and then you have some proof onwhat you are claiming.
Like @EA_David said, adding "absurd conspiracy theories" doesnt bring anything good to the discussion and thats why I posted this thread where I at least bring some actual evidence that the anti cheat seem to be broken when this guy can headshot-only his way from Bronze to Diamond 1 without getting caught. Thats evidence, but what you are saying is purely speculations tbh.
Well, my most reports go for ESP-hackers, that have an insane mystical knowledge of my position.
Even if I didnt't attack them and planned to let them pass, they run directly towards the stone I am hiding at.
It's so 100% obvious they can see through the stone or have a point on their map...
And nope I am not moving, not shooting or throwing a nade, nope nothing...
I am moving crouched to sneak and I am not even reloading or using anything.
Each evening I report 6-12 players like that.
I keep watching them until the next fire fight to see how they move and aim.
Best was that guy who pinged a movable conainer-box 5 km away, those blue things with the catapillars...
I wondered why he pinged it, but when he arrived he directly went in and shot at a player that was hiding in a corner of that container!
Hillarious obvious he was able to see the position of that player from 5 km and through the walls...
ESP-hack is soo obvious if you watch those idiots playing but pretty much undetectable for anticheat.
There are soo many hacker smurfs today that i dont even want to play. When you are put in diamond and pred lobbies and being faced with level 25 or lower aim botters with over 500 kills it is no fun. I have reported over 20 people today that i spectated and watch them run to random areas on map then demolish a team he had no clue was there yet he did. its becoming un playable for the joy sake of having fun playing a game. To feel as if I am a decent player to be demolished by someone who is even level 8 with 116 kills. What is there left to do?

First of all, I presented a ratio between his head shots and kills which is about 6, and this is NOT the same as claiming all his kills were done from 6 head shots. But anyways, Its probably not even worth to take a discussion so lets just agree to disagree. Putting this data into context, which is his level, his rank progression and how this game works, I think having a hs-to-kill ratio of 6 is evidence enought that he is not just a good aimer but a cheater. Not technical evidence but statistical evidence. The best players on the leaderboard has a HS/Kills ratio of 1-1.4. These are the best players in the world. This guy has a ratio of 6 and you think he is just a good aimer? So just lets agree to disagree.

I dont even feel its important to me to convince people he is a cheater since I know it from the recorded clips when he one-mag kills everyone, doing 140-200 dmg on 23 shots with r99 from hipfire on every single spray at any distance. The point of this thread was that cheaters are allowed to play from Bronze to Diamond 1 without getting caught, not to prove he is a cheater.
and then we have those getting banned for having ICUE opened lol. respawn is a joke and pretty sure its the same as scaming people for having a headset and watercooler program opened when u have paid for lootboxes
oh also I got suspended for hate speech for a week without any warning (no mmail. ingame pop up or mute), ingame trolls, griefing make ppl angry and EA bans ppl who actually plays the game. not even mentioning cheaters. this is unfair, there should be mute system or warning system before banning people and should be griefing option in report system (ppl go afk,rat whole game in ranked just get top 5, for RP, they never get banned for ruining our game but when i raise voice for that i do). I ll mute every1 from the beginng from now on and give this game an another chance but i see alot of ppl in similar positions, your unfair bans pushing ppl away from the game, actual ppl who really plays the game and pays for it, not trolls, bots or account sellers.
