Bang's new build path

I love it and hate it. Bangalore's new upgrade path that destroy tacticals and ults is really good! It has been nice to see caustic have a counter to his traps. But It needs to be adjusted for other champs. Bangalore's ult not only destroys Gibraltar's tactical but it also deals damage through it. Bangalore's abilities needs to be dialed back to not mitigate other champs abilities. 

Some changes could be:

Gibby gets 2 tacticals (if it is in the upgrade tree) to help against this. 

Bangalore's ult only destroys Gibby's tactical and doesn't hit the champions inside the bubble.
