How can you see how many you’ve opened? I’m pretty darn sure I’m over 500 and still no heirloom.....just opened up 10 packs and they didn’t even give me an epic item...and how can you contact them about this??
Update I finally got my wraith hierloom. I am complete. Bundle packs 2nd one boy did i get lucky!

I would like to know how to contact them about this as well. Level 500, bought all BP’s and lots of apex packs and still nothing. I feel disappointed being a day one player. (on my xbox account that is).
