Port Promise Smog on Evergreen Harbor Overview

I'm curious does Port Promise on the Evergreen Harbor's overview map ever stop showing smog in the air?

Every location in Port Promise has a green footprint except the bar, and the footprint for Port Promise itself is green.. so why is there smog still in the air on the map?

I thought it may have something to do with the smog vacuum, but they don't seem to do anything to change that nor does there seem to be any information in regards to the smog vacuum changing the air anywhere on the internet.

anyway it's just off for a place to be an eco-friendly green area... with smog covering the entirety of that area.

    Do you have any mods? That may be causing an issue.

    Otherwise I would suggest repairing the game through Origin.-

    I have the same issue. All of Port Promise neighborhood houses are green and all of Evergreen Harbor is green, but the smog still shows up in the air on the map. 

    Any idea how to fix the bug?
