Cross Play Not Working (Not Found Players)

Currently Me and Several other players are unable to play together on different platforms... for all of us; cross play is enabled in settings. But when searching for other players it's the same result of "Not Found". Respawn hope you see and fix this ASAP... or maybe at least give advice on possible solutions...

    Hey @031567,

    Can you make sure that you've all checked the relevant options in the privacy section of your EA Accounts?

    While you should be able to use the EA ID to find your friends regardless of platform, if you're searching by other usernames or gamertags you'll want to be sure those options are checked as well.

    We're seeing some similar reports and are looking into the situation but that may be worth trying in the meantime.
