Punishment for Toxic randoms in Arena Ranked mode?
I have been playing the new Season 10 in Apex which has been a good experience so far, however, when I solo queue ranked arenas I am getting random teammates who are toxic and insult you if the games are not going well. On console, Season 10 has seen the introduction of text being displayed on screen which is a feature that has been present on PC for a long time. Some people won't use their mic but will happily insult you over text chat.
What is the punishment for such behavior? Do I need to provide proof with screenshots of this behavior for Respawn/EA to take action because its not healthy for the game and is ruining the experience of arenas ranked.

I'd definitely agree that type of behavior is not healthy for the game, and it's absolutely something we take action on when reported.
You don't need to provide any screenshots as proof or evidence as we're able to pull up records on our end to see what was said. You'll just need to report that type of behavior either in-game or through this form if you're unable to use the in-game option: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/#eahelp
That results in anything from a temporary suspension to a permanent ban, depending on what was said and the account's prior history.
