banned from apex , need help contacting an advisor
so I was recently perm banned in apex. I’ve sent 5 appeals and they were all declined. so now it feels as if it’s my last resort to get on a call with someone to try and explain. but there is no option to call someone. I’ve read other forums and you say to go to profile and select can’t sign in and it should give me the option but it doesn’t because since I’m banned I have limited access on my account. so if there’s another way in calling an advisor that would be very helpful , thank you.

If ToS reviewed your account 3 times and declined to lift the ban, it will need to stay in place. This not an issue that can be resolved over the phone.
