Re: madden 24 crashes on launch on pc

i have tried all of those steps and still keeps crashing on start and under crash report it gives 

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  SOFTWARE_NX_FAULT_CODE_c0000005_EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll!Unknown

let me know if you found a fix

no i never removed ea anticheat and secure boot is enabled. I closed the game out to go to work and when i got home it no longer worked and kept getting the same error and has already been a week and can't figure out what's going on with it

Hi @HexLuck13 Would it be possible to try a new user or admin account and check if the same error occurs?

i created a new user and attempted to launch the game and still got the same error message. I bought the game on steam if that helps and verified the files integrity and still nothing and can't refund it as already over 2hr mark just from trying to fix the problem.

Thanks for testing that, to confirm do you have a Riot Game (like Valorant, League of Legends, etc) or their Riot Vangaurd Anticheat installed on your device? 

Yes i do have League of legends installed on my pc

Would it be possible to test by temporarilly unintsalling Vanguard (you might need to uninstall Legaue). 

Then run a repair on Madden 24 (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) and resintall EA anticheat (guide here) to see if the same error continues?

We may be running into a confliction with both Anticheats.

completely uninstalled riot and league and ran repair on madden then reinstall ea anticheat and still doing the same thing

@kruzer006 Dunno if it will help but try going under device security - core isolation - go to memory integrity and turn it off. i know thats how you do naraka bladepoint but not able to test it with madden as i refunded the game.
