The fake ea mods here will only tell u they dont help with bans. The ea tos team wont do any real audit on your account, they claim the tos team is based in america but it is not, all support staffed is based in india, they will give you a complete run around and claim its a widespread issue but will uphold the ban. Best bet is to do like i did and get a refund. I bought my all madden through playstation and they gave me a full refund when i told them my story about the false allegations that got me banned.

ea tos and policy states no one can directly sue them or file a class action against them, everything has to go through arbitration. Im currently working on something to help the community who is suffering from this because as law states EA can be forced to pay all abitration fees that is like 25k each, andnif we get over 500k people to file it will cost ea billions and force them to do whats right.

there are lawfirms who have recently tried to sue ea over these situations for people being banned and it is a known fact that what they are doing is criminal by defrauding consumers. Ive already alerted the BBB against them and i will soon be contacting congress and other forms of goverment to look into this company for their foul practices because they are outrght robbing people for their money and banning them from their product and hiding behind legal loop holes that has been protecting them but things are in motion to stop big companies from hiding behind these arbitration laws.
