@EA_Kent can I get a response to this? @EA_Barry hasn’t responded. When I switch to classic mode in Face of Franchise, and it then switch’s from the FoF portal to the Franchsie portal, when I click on it in the file options where it has the cloud icon in the top right corner instead of the cloud strikes through icon like the rest; it brings me to a page where it’s telling me to purchase an Xbox live subscription. Does this mean in order to play Face of Franchise classic mode I have to buy an Xbox live subscription in order to play this mode? If you could please respond I’d really appreciate this.

I'm afraid in this case you'll need to have an active Xbox Live membership in order to access that save file because it's saved to the cloud servers which is an online service as an add on through an Xbox Live membership.Well that sucks. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my question. Now I won’t be waiting for it to be fixed each title update. And I’m assuming that there’s no way to convert it and not save it on the cloud and save it locally or offline?

I'm having a tough time. Please help.
I pay for ps+ and when I make it to nfl in face of franchise mode, switch to classic, play a couple games and training, turn the game off, come back next day it's gone. No file whatsoever saying I played face of franchise. Where can i find the files?
This has happened to me almost 6 times now. Thought maybe I did something wrong untill I learned about the many bugs in this game.

Hello I am new madden lantern he just recently bought it during the Black Friday deal. I was playing face of the franchise and after my debut game in the NFL it glitched out and took me back to the beginning. I just want to know why this is happening as a new madden player I am very unhappy with this. Also does face of the franchise involve ps plus if you want to play ?
So you're telling me a feature that worked smoothly in Madden 20 now will not work in madden 21 because I don't want to have to pay extra for playstation plus? It doesn't give me the option to play it offline to begin with so it's just flat out broken. Heaven forbid I don't want to play the laughably terrible story you created. Only problem is making a custom character outside of Face of the Franchise is an absolute joke. You guys suck.
