ahh still no response.  I noticed when I choose the "Talon Mercenary" (Engineer) my controls reset and I have to fix them at the beginning of every match forcing me to miss out on half of wave 1.  I went back to the character I use most and it fixed the problem.  Is it supposed to be like that??!  I realised it started happening ever since I tried out a new character(Talon Mercenary) so I went back to my previous character and problem solved.  Guess I won't be usin that character anymore even though I was startin to like it.

    I have the same problem with the Talon Mercenary, no matter how many times I change the controls it ALWAYS changes back after every screen load. The very first time I used the talon merc I noticed the controls were changed so I went and changed it, figured no biggy. Than when the following match loaded up, the controls were changed yet again. I like the Talon merc but because of this BS I have stopped using that character.

    I did some research and found out there is a program called "ME3 Coalesced Utility" that lets you edit the coalesced.bin file to make the new default keys the way you want but I couldn't figure it out!  A person in a forum talked about this utiility thing well over a year ago so you'd think they would have fixed that glitch with an update by now.  I can tell I'm goin to have to figure that out if I want to fix it or else it would have been fixed already.
