RE: Case 06414985: Error Installing "Bring Down The Sky" For Mass Effect

On the 13th of November 2012, in response to a relevant request of mine, you have provided me with a key for the installation of Bring Down The Sky DLC (see also bellow attached e-mail). However, I recently formatted my laptop and when I tried to re-install the DLC with the same key I get the message that for security reasons there is a limit on installs someone can have on a single key and that the limit has been exceeded. I do have a desktop and two laptops and it is quite possible that I have installed the DLC quite a few times this last year, but always for personal use through the steam platform only for my account (and the original Mass Effect Key).
Therefore, you are kindly requested for your help in order to make this new re-installation possible.
