Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.I am also having this issue. All other content from the pack is in the game just no career. Repaired and no mods or cc and still not working.
It's called Interior Decorator for me. Sometimes a couple of repairs are necessary, even for those with no mods or CC.
