Windy Weather

I don’t know if this is normal to Oasis Springs but lately, every time it’s windy outside, my Sim doesn’t react to the strong wind like in the trailer of the Seasons expansion pack. 

I never played Oasis Springs before but it doesn’t seem to be affecting the trees that hard either. This has been happening since before the latest patch, and I play vanilla. 

I have only recently played in Willow and I do remember the tree shaking crazily. 

is the world just… like that? Or is it my game?
