Update, I should've kept reading because I did have some of those kawiistacie mods. I removed the but I made a new family specially for the new pack so there is no save before it that could resolve this problem. This is so stupid we shouldn't have these issues at all!
@Jannahearts @jiujube, the bug remains on saves made during the "period" when you had the Kawaiistacie mod.
Unfortunately, the only way is to totally create a new save, removing not only the mods causing the bug, but also the autogenerated file "localthumbcache.package" from the "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder.
Personally, after following these steps, I no longer had the bug.
So idk if it'll apply to your case because I never had the KS stall mod but I did have a couple of CCs that broke stalls for me and even after I removed them my stalls were still broken until I switched households and travelled to another lot with stalls and then it was fixed. I hope it'll work for you too.
I don't have the Kawaiistacie mods in my game but I did at one point. I must have removed them some time ago cause I couldn't find them. When I start a new save the stalls work again but I would like to preserve my files since I've been playing them for years. Doesn't seem to have anything to do with CC as the fresh save works with or without. I've just deleted the localthumbcache file, repaired and restarted, testing the stall in the HS and its still not working.
Is there anyway to solve this problem while also saving my saved game? It's so many Sim stories and houses and everything that I don't want to lose.
