@1HannibalLecter1 What exactly are you trying to download? Please post a few links, that is if the links start with ea.com. (Third-party download links aren't allowed on this site, but anything coming from EA is fine.)

I'm trying to download the following expension:
https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/DAA8E4C3851411EB8A6ECACBBEC83282 @1HannibalLecter1 That is not an expansion or a mod, it's a Gallery upload. Try downloading it from within the game instead, which is more reliable than using the website. In-game, you can load the lot where you want to place the build, then click the "Open the Gallery" button in the upper-right corner of the screen (it looks like a light bulb). From there, search for this upload by the name of the lot or the name of the creator, and place it when you find it.
