Build/Buy Bug - Placing Items

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion packs, dine out, jungle adventure, wedding stories, outdoor retreat, parenthood, magic, spa, strangerville, vampires, laundry day, luxury party, my first pet, knitting, paranormal, tiny living, toddler, vintage glamour, blooming rooms, decor to the max, desert luxe, little campers,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go into buy mode, try to place item.
What happens when the bug occurs? item disappears, "cancel (esc)" button disappears as soon as mouse is moved after selecting item, or you will catch a glimpse of the item in the game before it and the cancel button disappears.
What do you expect to see? this question doesn't make sense but I expect to be able to place items in build/buy. i can't play the game because of this.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
