Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

But I took some research that some UI Mods are the ones affecting and won't able to have access with the sexual orientation feature, and I updated all of my mods, So I had to sort out the mods one by one finding the culprit from each mod file 

I fixed it! And found the culprit. It took me while to sort things out and updated every mod that I had to check every mod after the HSY Update. The culprit was ColorSlideUI but it depends what UI Mod you use or maybe other mod that affects the gameplay.
