face features not showing up in CAS

I've recently encountered a problem with my game when making a sim in CAS, the facial features (eyes, nose, mouth)  have completely disappeared, and there is no option to choose any different feature other than the one that came with the randomizer, I've done literally everything to see if I can fix it like factory resetting my game, taking out all my cc, and even updating my computer itself but nothing is working. my game had been working fine before the October 31st patch but now I just cant seem to fix it, help!!!

    Hi @ccdxmdl0kpro Can you do another mod test, please? Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.

    If you do still have the problem, do a Game Repair.
