There is no CD validation key, the code you entered into Origin is attached to your account. Simply install Origin on your new laptop, copy the contents of Origin Games folder (it should be next to Origin main folder on your old PC, usually at C:/Program Files (x86)) from your old laptop to new one. About the saves, you can do it manually by moving them to the same place on your new system - saves can be found at My Documents/Criterion games - or, if you have Origin cloud enabled, launch the game and Origin will ask you if you want to download the save from their service to your PC.

Edit: you might perform a game check after you copy your game files (right click on game picture and select Repair installation. You might need to restart Origin after copying the files too. If that won't work, simply install the game using your DVD.
