Re: Sims 4 CC hair slows game down

Hi! The person who made the CC doesn't seem to be very good in English so I don't know how to bring up technical issues like this with them... 😢 I also have another CC that does this from another artist, so I thought maybe it's a universal issue, at first I thought one of my CC was broken so I brushed it off as only one corrupted mod but this is my second time getting this issue and it does that for every single CC hair by that artist.

I would test this hair in Sims4Studio (You can it download for free, it’s a great tool to fix broken CC and disable CC for randoms // You find your used CC in game if you push my CC-Button). Maybe the polycount for this hair is too high. A polycount from 2000-7000*LowPC 10'000*Mid-HighPC is okey, all above can cause lags/freezes, especially if is something as 20’000.
