Just doing a repair now as saw it as an option, fingers crossed!
Playing on PC.
Update: taking a while for the repairs as I've got about 20 expansions/packs for it to go through.
Nope, repair didn't work ☹️ I might have to fully uninstall everything and try re-installing it unless you have any last ideas before that?
I've just noticed after repair that when I go to manage add ons the expansion is no longer downloaded, so will reinstall that one and hope!
It's working for me, but I have CP's, Mods and I take off. Now, I put one mod for testing and, again, desappear all my package! I am reppairing again.
- @MelTeazer If it's still not working, did you test multiple saves if it's there in any of them ? Do you have the rest of the content ?
It doesn't appear. I have part of the pack installed and repairing doesn't work. I don't have family dynamics and I don't have San Sequoia.
- @MelTeazer This happened to me too! I originally thought it was my mods, because I saw my game update before I turned it on. World wouldn't load. I looked guides up online, moved my mods out, got rid of the tempcache file, and repaired the game, etc. Re downloading the expansion worked!
Hi, I have the same problem. The game says I own it. but when I click on the world it says whoops there was a problem. Check back later. I have removed all mods, Repaired, even uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still the same. I am playing on a PC

Long time no see.. *waves*Anyway, I have this exact same issue. I purchased the expansion via this new EA app. First time buying with the new app because I don't trust it. Go to load the game and the new world is there but it is showing locked. Did a repair on the game and it's still showing locked. Very Very frustrated with EA!

Seems like you guys have issues with installing the pack. Do you have any of the other content ? Have this installed on a laptop and PC and San Sequoia doesn't show up on either. No mods. Ran a repair on the PC and no effect.
Tons of other purchased content installed.

No warnings on my end. Just no neighbourhood in the select screen.

Sorry just now able to respond, very long maintenance weekend at work. Anyway, checked my checking account and EA has their funds. You know how I do for updates, mods removed and backed up the usual. So the world is still the same but this time I have two new pop-ups and I'm even more pissed off!!!
I checked for new content and it's saying I don't have it.
But these are the two new pop-ups.
WTH have they removed?
You know as well as others I own everything for Sims 2, 3, and 4. All EPs, SPs, GPs, Kits, complete Store Owner, every sticker, every item... EVERYTHING!
Still trying to fix Sims 2 in the stupid EA App. And I don't even want to talk about Sims 3. As many worlds as I've gifted away, this EA App says I don't own any worlds. SMH!
@blunote00 Do you still have the CAS demo installed ? If so, remove it from your system and then try redownloading the pack again.

CASDemo was disabled and removed from Origin a while ago so I never thought about it. But I did check my program files and it was still installed.
So I uninstalled it, cleaned up the leftovers and was able to download the pack (option wasn't there before), even though it said I owned it.
Went in game and the lock is removed from the world. Content is there too.
Checked my mods and some where updated again. Forgot I had all those custom foods and harvestable plants from icemunmun. That lot I was on has a massive garden. 👿 So those errors are gone now as well.
So everything is back to normal now and all is right with the world. I have the day off so I think I will play and deal with Sims 3 another day.
For anyone reading my post, sorry for the image overload but for some user's it helps to see where they need to be. I am running Win10 but my games are installed on my D:\drive which is my terrabyte drive and not my C:\drive which is my SSD in gbs. So if you're following then go wherever you have your games installed. Just used to adding images from writing previous guides.

After uninstalling and re-installing on my PC it's now showing up. Going to try the same with my laptop when I get around to it but fingers crossed it seems to be working.
Oh gosh, I have the same issue. I have a lot of packs too.. I would hate to have to re-install everything.
