@Nonya98 Make sure you're launching Sims 4 from your EA App game library, not from a shortcut.
@puzzlezaddict Yeah, I'm using the App. Never a short cut. And now I'm getting an error code telling me the game failed to load. *sigh*
@puzzlezaddict Alrighty, I found a way around the issue of uninstalling the pack and then I reinstalled it (still no mods or cc) and it still doesn't work. I feel like I'm not getting anywhere...literally.
I tried to talk to EA about this and they said it was an issue on their end and they were working on it. That was a lie. So, I appreciate all your help! Any idea what the next step is?
@Nonya98 Try uninstalling the pack and loading the save, then saving your progress, as we talked about before. Then reinstall the pack, so it's like this save is being introduced to Outdoor Retreat for the first time.
