@RetroGuns4Hire Yes, I think that tomorrow I will call the ISP, I am afraid of doing something wrong: It's the first time that I have to modify the router's settings, every videogames that I bought until now worked fine with my internet connection. 🤐
I called my reseller to exchange the game. I'll take Black Ops 3 instead.
EA you really doing sh*t ! Don't launch a game which is not finished. So stop , I exchange this broken games with 1 million problems to take a game which does not have all these problems.
I wait 3 days, I bought 70 euros the game to see a loadscreen. What the f*ck you doing EA !

Hello, I saw a suggestion from a previous post and decided to try it out, and think that the information might prove to be useful, Whenever I enable my DMZ settings, I no longer lose connection or get stuck on the loading screen, but while midgame I decided to test out disabling the DMZ to see what happens. I was kicked out immediately and no longer allowed to reenter till I re enabled the DMZ settings. Hope that helps some~ As for other players who are stuck, I recommend enabling the settings whenever you are playing the ps4, then when finished, disabling it again. (At least until EA comes up with a better fix)

I'm playing without ps+, after starting the game, i am asked if i want to buy ps+, so i have to press back. The it is connectin and i am stuck in the loadingscreen. After a while you can move in the background (only noises) through a menu. the menu is the same as before the controller loading screen, because if i press x again there comes the "buy ps+ query" again and if i press back again i return to to the same stuck loading screen. certainly i think it tries to connect to a new game, because it takes about 30 seconds before you are able to move your attitude in the background menu again.

Tried the port forwarding suggestions mentioned on the troubleshooting page but doesnt fixed the problems. I've done the reboot and power disconnect after the port forwarding.

It would really be nice from Ea and Ghost games to give us gamers some answers. I see how some of my friends have play, but i cant get into the game for a second. The loading screen problem is really anyoing. People have preordered the game and cant play and i we all dont know if you care. It cant be so hard to correct that problem with connectivity. People dont want to be always online and not pause the game when they need to......You sold us this title, but probably you dont want it to be the last one.......................Please correct the problem, cause i was very happy when i got the game, but in some time i wont care if i play it or not.
Finally! found a fix!
Step 1
So basically what I did was assign a static IP to my playstation 4
Find your Router here: http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/PS4/
(Use this to help you log into your specific router to complete the other steps)
Then assign a static IP address when setting up your network settings MANUAL in/on your PlayStation 4 system (This step is NOT necessary but will help improve your connection)
Step 2
once you access your router make sure to delete any port forwarding rules you are not using
also make sure in your router settings you have the UPNP option enabled within your router
turn on your ps4 and boot up the game and press play. It will start up FOR SURE!. Stay logged into your router on your computer.
Go back to your port forwarding list and you'll see a rule called "EA-Tunnel" that has been "magically" automatically added. (This is due to the UPNP FUNCTION)
Now im able to play with no issues and no hassles.
THIS WORKS FOR SURE WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH ROGERS AS THEIR ISP!
will 100% work for those with routers like CGN3ROG (Which is the router I personally have)
THERE IS NO REASON TO PORT FORWARD ANYTHING THAT NFS SAYS YOU NEED TO PORT FORWARD. AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOU ROUTER TO BE IN DMZ MODE!
The reason why we weren't able to get on was because either the ports were being blocked by port forwarding rules that we may have not been using. I had a limit of 9 rules on my router. I deleted the ones I didn't need and once i booted up nfs. It worked literally first try and when i looked back at my port forwarding rules I seen that there was a new rule in there called "ea Tunnel" which was created automatically by the UPNP option that you need to have enabled on your router.
