Re: No options to care for baby sim
Babies you interact with by clicking on their crib. They do not have an "Smile at" interaction only Infants have this. If you instead of baby meant Infant then try to remove your mods.

Hi, I did mean newborn, sorry.
I have no mods on but there is still no feed option and it doesn’t seem like the nanny can either
@Pyroflake Are you playing with any mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please see what happens after you drag that folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache. (Don't save, though! Or test in a new game.)

i tried removing the localthumbcache.package file but it keeps returning to the sims 4 file.

The cache file will always be recreated when you start the game.
What options do you have when you click the crib?
ok I’m actually an idiot,
the feed option was in baby care. I assumed that meant day care so I never pressed it. Thank you for helping me, hope you enjoy the rest of you day.
