last exception with only BE in game

I keep getting the "tunable_perf" ([BetterExceptions] 'TuningAttrCleanupHelper' object attribute 'register_for_cleanup' is read-only (AttributeError: 'TuningAttrCleanupHelper' object attribute 'register_for_cleanup' is read-only)) last exception in game. I thought it might've been some mods or cc, but took everything out except  'better exceptions' by TwistedMexi and the LE is still being thrown. Is it safe to assume BE is broken? I have the "For Rent" file/fix in my game from their patreon.

  • Seems to be happening when loading into a lot/trying to since I'm starting new saves each time I open my game
  • I took out all my saves and started a new one, the same LE came up
  • No mods/cc are in my game other than Better Exceptions
  • Removed localthumb multiple times, continue to
  • Repaired game and still having the same LE

I can't figure out how to gain chat access to Deaderpool server so I apologize if I shouldn't ask these things here, I'm just a bit dumbfounded. This just started today out of nowhere. Playing my game last night had no issues.

Edit: I guess it might be worth mentioning I have "xml injector" in my folder as well, but I don't think that would be the issue?

    @simmingsims If you're getting a tunable_perf error, you have an outdated script mod, with a date between December 5 and February 27. Is your Better Exceptions actually up to date? You should be on the February 28 update, v3.13.

    If that's out of date, you likely have many other out of date mods. I advise doing a thorough check, starting with Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Links to older topics for that are in Mod/CC Issues master post

    I have this one in my game, that's the only updated one I could find unless there is a new one I'm missing? TIA

    @simmingsims You're a version behind. The current version is 3.13, not 3.12, and is dated February 28, 2024. For TwistedMexi's mods, always start at his website, not an internet search. Those tend to find old versions.
