Seems like that's some mod by Simscolony ?

I'm going to move this to the mods forum for further help but you will probably either need to remove that mod or tweak something about it.

    you were correct! i don't use mods but my daughter sometimes uses my laptop and has them on her side and it somehow affected mine thank you! thank you for the time you gave me both of you.
