CC showing up in game as Script Mods

I recently reinstalled the game, so most of the game files should be fine, Ive verified the game files about 5 times now, every-time I open the game, the mods and cc list pops up, yet all the cc are being put under the script mods section. So I turned the cc and script mods on and off then restarted the game and or my laptop a few times, still hasn’t worked yet. I tried asking Chat GPT, TikTok, Google, nothing has worked so far, I even removed all of my package files from the sub folders and just put them in the Mod’s folder, still didn’t work, any tips and or solutions would be appreciated, thnxss!
