Re: Drifting Broken NFS Heat
Um. Ok then what tires fixes this ill test it and get back to you because I doubt it. My problem is the car wont turn very well unless you are giving it gas . What type of tire fixes this ? Thanks

I tested the tires didnt work. My cars wheels move so slow when i turn them its dosent make sence and makes it really hard to dodge traffic or navigate any type of tight turns. . I bet this will need a fix. Im on pc with a keyboard maybe its a keyboard problem
I'm on ps4 and same problem, what car are u using
Are you using an elite controller ? I found out that the hair trigger switch on the bottom completely screws the game up. I was basically using half throttle the whole time and it wouldn't let me drift
Here is your fix and trust me on this even though it sounds weird ok.
Use a RWD car with Speedcross Suspension, Speedcross Differential and Drag tires, Elite or Super.
No downforce and Steering how you like.
I've been trying lots of different setups.
At first I was going by what looked to be the most straightforward method and was struggling to get good results. Then thought stuff it, let's try the other extreme and was amazed to find it worked like a dream.
Hope this helps guys.

OMG...this actually worked for me. I was getting so mad at the game bc I couldn’t get drifting down. This actually grips and holds a drift. Kinda slows it down as well. Going to try to tweak it more but I liked this a lot. Thanks 🙏
Alright so ive been questioning this myself and have found that you cant drift in a FWD car (i.e Honda Civic, Acura RSX)
Atleast not from what ive seen. So far ive had zero issues with drifting from using my Acura NSX, Corvette K.S, etc. But once i built my RSX and took it out on the streets to test it, it would not initiate drift. I tried running over 100mph and tried again and nothing, it just hugged the corners. Which this makes me happy because for the first time ever, NFS has eliminated FWD drifting. Honestly you cant drift with FWD unless its raining outside IRL and you hydroplane by accident.
So if you want a track car, use a FWD
Drift, use AWD (i.e Subaru, EVO)
Offroad, pick your poison.
I've found the biggest issue is consistency. Sometimes you'll drift like a champ, redo the exact same zone, and be wildly different in results. I've purchased most of the different items for my drift 240, and it refuses to do a steady drift that is anywhere near controllable. It doesn't smoothly do anything, it's a jerking wildly swinging nightmare.
It's either drift tires or on road
Are you forced to drift in this game to progress? That plus crap KB support in Payback and NFS 2015 is why I've not been able to play a NFS game since Rivals, and I beat Shift btw on Med AI, so it's not me.
