I have removed that old link now.
Try the following to help ensure your GPU is being used (assuming nvidia). Note: the game folder and .exe may be named differently but you get the idea 🙂
- Open the nvidia Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D settings
- Click the Program Settings tab
- Click the Add button
- Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed Carbon\Carbon.exe
- Select carbon.exe and then Open
- Customise individual settings if you like
- Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.
Please try this and let us know if you are good to go.
The best solution for NFS Carbon to work in Windows 8 or 10 is:
1) download [Edit - Admin.]
2) download [Edit - Admin.]
3) download [Edit - Admin.]
Keep all of these files in the NFS Carbon directory. Cheers. 🙂
Thanks don't mind my stupid name
