PS5, local and cloud storage saved data files both got corrupted

I downloaded a wrap, I got a prompt in game saying that it wasn't saving the progress, so I did like like is stated in the article and closed the app. I'm on PS5, when I opened again the game, immediately got a message from the PS5 OS saying that the saved data was corrupted and that it was removed (deleted from the console). So, I downloaded the saved data from the cloud storage, from the Sony servers, but it was also corrupted and the moment I open the title the PS5 automatically deletes the file. So, even the back-up got corrupted, therefore I've found no way to restore my online and offline progress. I created a case in the support section, twice already, and I had no response from the support at all, nothing. All I have is an automated e-mail with the case number number and saying that an advisor will get in contact soon, but that never happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @hellfire_cthulhu

Apologies for being the bearer of bad news, but our support will not be able to restore your save file.

It's possible the PS5 tried to back up your save when it was corrupted and the game closed causing both your online save and local save to be a corrupted copy.

If your game becomes corrupted we will need to start a new game for SP and MP, I would recommend disable automatic syncing to prevent the save from auto uploading to the PSN cloud system and instead manually uploading every once in a while to protect your backup copy.
