Thanks for reaching out to the community on Answers HQ and letting us know what you are running into!

When you have a moment can we try the following?

• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
• After trying restarting your device and running your client and Heat as an admin to see if you can launch the game

If this continues, would it be possible to test in a new user or admin account?
