I jsut checked under my Origin account setting and it shows that it is set for Canada under (Regional settings) and Language is English

Community ManagerHave you checked the location settings on your Xbox account? Possibly it's not set to Canada? Unfortunately, I've never heard of this happening so I'm really not sure what would be causing this. Do you have any other games experiencing the same issue?

Hi. Yes i did check location and language settings on my Xbox too and it is set to Canada. I play quite a few EA games including sports games such as FIFA, Madden and UFC and there are no issues at all. Just NHL21! It was fine while playing on XBOX ONE X but as soon as i installed it on XBOX SERIES X, it changed from Metric to Imperial. The biggest giveaway of the change is that it only shows me the British flag for English at the start of the game and the rest are all European flags but no American or Canadian flag for English!

Community ManagerIt's an odd one for sure. Since there are no other games with this issue, it seems like it should be a setting in NHL, but I just haven't been able to find one that causes this. Out of curiosity, what is the favorite team you've selected? Is it one in a European country by chance?
Community ManagerIt's just odd that NHL is the only game this is happening in so it makes sense it would be coming from the game. It's also only happening on your Series X so maybe there's a setting on your console causing it. Hopefully, we can find out. If I have anything else to suggest, I'll let you know.
Community ManagerHave you tried contacting Microsoft to see if they know of anything with your account that may affect this? Everyone I'm seeing and people I've talked to points to a console region issue.

I have this problem too with NHL22. Every is set too UK English as that is where i am. I have been brought up on imperial measures and metric is alien to me. Currently using Xbox one.
