I didn't receive my 50 stars in s19 after preordering the battlepass in s18
I just got on Apex Legends and checked the Battle Pass section because I took advantage of the pre-order offer that was available in the item shop during the previous season (Season 18). Now, I've got the Battle Pass, but unfortunately, I haven't received the 50 Battle Stars that were promised with the pre-order. It's a bit puzzling to me why it seems like there might be a discrepancy here. I don't want to jump to conclusions and call it a scam, but I'm a little disappointed by the situation.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or something else, but I would like some form of compensation for this issue. It would be fair for me to receive the 50 Battle Stars as initially stated, along with an extra something, whether it's Apex Coins, Heirloom Shards, or similar in-game rewards that also have a lot of value. After all, I pre-ordered the Battle Pass with the expectation that I'd receive those additional Battle Stars. It's essential to uphold what was promised to the players. Unfortunately it sounds like there may have been some confusion with that offer.
The 50 stars(5 levels) are applied to the current Battle Pass which would have been the Season 18 pass at the time this was available, not the Season 19 Battle Pass.
