Checking on my side I seem to have the appropriate TTS options in0game, though I have seen other reports of folks claiming they don't have the options in-game.
To me it sounds like there's some Xbox setting that's a factor here. I wonder if you have a friend (or just an alt) log into Apex, does it work on that account?
If it does, you could then check the various privacy/accessibility settings to determine what the holdup is. You mention going through them, but as you know there are a lot of options so perhaps there's some setting hidden off in some corner that's a factor. Do you have parental controls on your system?
I'll have a fiddle around on my side to see if I can get it to act in the same manner as your system, and hopefully we can figure this one out.

To answer your question, no i have no parental control on my xbox.
First thing i did is compare my main screen (missing accessibility button) and settings to my friends, for them everything was normal. Second thing i tried is a login in to a other account on my xbox, in this case it was still missing. I changed everything back aswell to default settings.
I also tried changing settings in “Game and chat transcription” in my xbox settings.
I will add another picture of me missing this option in main screen.

@ROTTERDAM-BOSS I'm very sorry for not responding sooner, need to double check my notifications as I should have seen this.
As for the issue, I'm still kind of stumped. It seems to be related to privacy in some form, but I haven't been able to identify a specific setting. If it's happening for the new account you create but not affecting your friend, then that sounds like there's some default template that your local system is using.
Have you been able to test your account on another system, or even a previous-gen xbox? It's ok if not.
Edit: to go off a colleague's suggestion, can I check if you are in, or have been in, any Xbox Insider previews?- ROTTERDAM-BOSS3 years agoSeasoned Adventurer

About testing my account on another system, good question, i did not. But.. i am gonna try this tomorrow on a friends system. I will let you know what the outcome will be!
Well i was a insider on “Sea of thieves”. But i can’t see thats relevant to apex. Especially because this was long before playing apex. On top of that the issue just started about season 12.
Again i will let you know the about testing my account on another device, this might give us more information to solve this!
