16G运存  赛季更新后闪退无法进入游戏而且没有错误报告 赛季更新前(也就是昨天)可以正常游玩

    Most commonly caused by corrupted assets, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Press Windows Key + R

    2. Put in %USERPROFILE% and select OK

    3. Go to the Saved Games Folder

    4. Navigate to the Respawn Folder

    5. Navigate to the Apex Folder

    6. Delete the assets folder

  • @XHelperZ Is it useful to use this method? Does deleting this folder have any effect? The problem of some people now is that they will suddenly get stuck while playing the game, and even if they reconnect to the game, there is a chance that they will get stuck, and they will even get stuck in the next game.

    Deleting the folder results in the game generating these files again.

    This has worked for plenty of users, though it of course depends on what is causing the instability in the game.

    (I personally think of this as a standard troubleshooting step because for some reason this folder causes a lot of instability)

    Also, could you elaborate a bit more on getting "stuck"?

    What exactly do you mean by that?

  • @XHelperZ That is, the screen will suddenly get stuck during the game battle, and then the last sound before the stuck will be repeated. Pressing WASD is of no use. You can only stop the game process and then re-launch the game, but there is a chance that the screen will still be stuck after re-launching the game. The situation I am talking about has this situation in many people here, not one or two. It also happens when the server is changed. The most common situation I see is the server in Hong Kong, followed by the server in Singapore and the server in Japan. .     Ah I see.

    Yeah you are correct, you are not the only one experiencing this.

    At the moment it's being worked on by the team, there is no ETA on the situation, though they are looking into this issue.

    Some users have reported that they don't encounter this when they play Arenas instead of Battle Royale, so maybe that will work for you.
