First Impressions... This will probably be my last season playing Apex (I don’t plan on lasting more than a couple weeks), I haven’t played more than 2-3 games but I am already sick of Seer and when ...
I hope they at least nerf him asap. I think the CD and AOE size of his ult are bothL too good. Its overall power must be nerfed in some combination of these attributes. Also, I think at least one of his abilities should affect the Seer player using it negatively too, which has been a basic principle from day one, i.e that abilities can be a "two-edged blade". One way of doing this could be that EVERYONE that the Seer gets vision on his Q would in turn also get vision on the Seer. This principle could ofc also work for the ULT, i.e that everyone in his ult get vision on everyone, i.e making it a "no camper fight area"- zone rather than a "wall hack for all my teammates" - zone =)
@Solim66Horizon was really strong, but she didn't fundamentally break how an FPS works. Some of Seer's abilities are the very same things that are ban-able in the ToS of Apex Legends.
I guess we just have to wait and see how long the nerf takes...
But thats the thing, isnt it? You really cant miss it, because the game actually tells the Seer if he is aiming on an enemy within a range of like 100 meters! All he has to do is to hold Q and follow the indicators until it turns yellow and then release and you will hit 9/10 unless the enemy happen to br exactly at the edge of Seers Q's range (which for the record also is insanely long, like 70-80 meters) and manage to step out if its range. Like in the clip below....
Geez the more I think of this stupid Legend the angrier I get. In a hot spot with 4-5 Seers, spamming his Q all over the place, your screen is actually lit up like you got hit by a flashbang every time you hit..: And what genius at respawn thought it was balanced that it also cancels heals??? AAARGH
