It seems they would rather change ammo that some guns can fire than give console players a level playing field when it comes to playing with their PC friends. Like you said it promised well over a year ago, yet here we are getting our 60 frames, while my friends are getting 160 or more.

Yeah this is one of my issue I play in pc lobbies all the time as the rest of my squad are on pc. After actually playing on one I really don't think they're worth the extra cash over and Xbox but only if the Xbox is at 120fps. .
The other issue is it being promised and not arriving then just stone cold silence on it. I literally went and blew 400 on a monitor that does 180hz just ready for the update that didn't happen lol. Fuming wasn't the word.
