17 seasons but still the same old broken matchmaking

@PapacastoroIt doesnt seem to have changed at all!
I am watching Hiswattson in Platinum 2 rank right now, there are supposed to be only a few preds right now that are platinum or higher but he did launch a rank game in approximately 0.5 seconds he was in a new game.

Then in another solo q game later he had a Bronze 1 player in his team. He is Platinum 1 at that point.

This is ridiculous really.
