20 level people get heirlooms and i have no heirloom

I have seen 20 level player are having heirloom of their mains but I don't even have any heirloom, even though i have worked my butt off to earn it, EA only give it to others rather than giving to some who actually have right to have it. I would like to have kunai and when i imagine my wraith holding it, it makes me so happy but.... EA please consider giving one to me, i wish before opening every pack still I haven't been heard. I'll continue to wish i guess. EA makes my hard work look like ash infront of 20 level players who are having heirlooms.

If you don't care about the heirloom then don't make a post complaining about just the heirloom? lmao

That’s where I get annoyed.. Because thats what I’ve heard too. But my squadmates all got theirs by level 100, one got his at 450 but I’ve been level 500 for 3 months now and have just given that * uup

Some people spam make accounts till they get an heirloom from packs

@EA_Mako I opened way more than 500 pack do you mean bought pack only ? I am level 1300 and still no heirloom. I bought many battle pass could they implement a thing where if you didnt get any heirloom and spent money on the game and played for 2 years you could finally get shards or a heirloom?

@ZenitsutanjiroYes, theres nothing we can do simply its strategy that big bosses found that it will get them mo money! Funny thing, I bought my first pass with cash. Then 2 years I didnt put cent more into game until season 8 when I wasted some coins on black friday packs so I didnt had enough to buy s8 pass.Bought 1000 coins on steam, and puff! SIX legendaries in row! Coincidence? I think not

Hey @Zenitsutanjiro,

Ultimately heirlooms just have a very low chance of showing up in Apex packs for any player, so it's not something that can be necessarily earned as much as just a small random chance.

An heirloom is guaranteed with your 500th pack if you haven't received one by that point, but otherwise everyone has the same chance to receive one.

So it's useless afterall, then imma go to rocket league all my time there....i really hoped EA would just pay attention this problem too bad for EA, this is just gonna lower their number of player.

@Zenitsutanjiro multiple people have asked, EA said no, support tells you to buy packs and hope. That's all we're told sadly.
